However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the goods within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the product is defective or differs from the description.
To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@nutravalid.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include detailed information and visual evidence of the issue.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund if the goods do not meet these criteria.
For subscription-based purchases, only the initial purchase is eligible for a refund, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Recurring subscription items are not refundable.
Once you contact us, our support team will send you a return form along with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). The return form must be completed and returned along with the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that if a package is returned without the appropriate label or RMA #, this could lead to delays or the refund not being authorized.
After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving your return, though it may take 10–30 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If the return process does not adhere to the timelines outlined in our policy, we will not be able to issue a refund.
